This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation.Band of Northwest Pennsylvania has presented over 300 concerts in northwestern Pennsylvania, southwestern New York and northeastern Ohio.The band plays in auditoriums, parks and nursing homes.

Included in the tuition, a group dinner on the first night of Adult Band Camp and special evening sessions during the week build camaraderie amongst participants.

The Community Foundation provides grants and scholarships for nonprofit organizations and individuals in Crawford County.

While the students will be paying a participation fee, I’d like to keep it as low as possible.

I’ve started a project with Kickstarter (an online “funding platform for creative projects”) in hopes of raising enough money to get this ensemble off the ground and make it something that Chester County students can really be proud of.
